Shawn led over 10 high profile hospital systems through their implementation of a hospital pharmacy RCM software with high client satisfaction and on schedule delivery. The projects were highly sensitive and complex. The environmental factors on the projects ranged from government regulations and complex patient data (such EMR ADT HL7, 837i/837p claims data ) to remote management of team members across multiple time zones.
